Meet Samia! She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals from all walks of life. As a first-generation immigrant with over 30 years of experience living in North America, Samia has developed a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives, which greatly influences her approach. Being a South Asian Canadian, she is passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of balancing cultural identity, family dynamics, and life transitions to foster personal growth.
Samia also has practice working with neurodivergent individuals. As a mother, she understands how parenting can profoundly reshape our identity and relationships. To represent her clients' unique life experiences, she utilizes a number of collaborative methodologies, including a biopsychosocial and client-centred holistic approach to therapy. Samia believes that the journey toward wellness, healing, and mental health may take a variety of paths; her therapeutic space provides a calm, supportive, and judgment-free setting in which you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. The average cost for therapy is $120-$200 per session, however our affordable therapy program provides clients with access to reliable therapy for $70 per session (in-person & online).
